  • Our engineers are on duty 24-7-365. Brains II offers 9-to-5 and 24-7 with on-site response/fix of 1 hour/4hours/8hours or multi day for non-critical requirements. Once dispatched, an engineer will contact the customer within the allotted SLA as soon as 20 minutes. For critical problems, these professionals can be on site within two hours or less or based on contracted SLA. All service personnel, from dispatch to logistics, are equipped for speedy and reliable resolutions.

    • Receiving hardware shipments from Customer
    • Hardware Serial No. & Warranty Tracking
    • Location Assignments
    • Store/prepare inventory when requested by Customer for pickup
    • Prepare image kits and coordinate with branches to have old image return
    • Provide packing material for equipment that did not come prepacked
    • Keep inventory count and provide as requested or as scheduled
    • Create SKU (if required) and update product or quantity in the system for tracking purposes
