We are always looking for great technicians (part time or full time) to join the team. If you are a real techie. You love getting inside the technology, knowing what makes it tick and bringing your talent and experience to bear to bring it back to working order rapidly and efficiently. You love customers and are excited by every customer review that recognizes your commitment to excellence.  You also understand that managing your work queue is integral to successful service level achievement and keep your calls up to date and on track.  You work well on your own and understand that you might be the only face of the company that the client sees, and you want that reputation to always be excellent.  You hold at minimum the A+ Certification and bring experience and education in technical services to the role.
