Important Information for Brains II eServices Users
Brains II Solutions, Inc. is transitioning to a new, state-of-the-art Service Management System as part of our continuing commitment to the delivery of superior service to our Customers. This includes a new Customer Portal.
  When signing into the new system, your user ID will be the same characters but will be changed to all lowercase, no spaces and is case sensitive. You will need to enter your user ID and then click on forgot password link and answer the favourite question prompt. A return email will be sent with your new password.
